According to overseas media reports, the American casual apparel brand Tommy Hilfiger Group has recently acquired a number of German fashion designers, Carl Lagerfeld.

The acquisition agreement includes Lagerfeld's women's collection, an accessory collection for men's and women's wear, and the Lagerfeld brand stores in Paris and Morocco. However, the agreement did not announce the purchase price.

According to the cooperation statement of both parties, the acquisition will not affect the existing cooperation between Lagerfeld and Chanel and Fendi. The statement said that this move will benefit the global development of the Lagerfeld brand and also provide Tommy Hilfiger with opportunities for development in the high-end apparel sector.
