(A) All formaldehyde content is up to standard

The determination of formaldehyde content is based on gb18401-2010 "National Basic Technical Specifications for Textile Products": Formaldehyde is a colorless gas that has a special odor irritant and has a stimulating effect on human eyes and nose. In the production of apparel fabrics, in order to achieve the functions of crease-resistance, shrink-resistance, flame-retardant, etc., or to maintain the durability of printing and dyeing, or to improve the feel, it is necessary to add formaldehyde to the additives. Textiles containing excessive amounts of formaldehyde will gradually release free formaldehyde during wear and use. They will cause inflammation of the respiratory tract and skin inflammation through contact with the human respiratory tract and skin. They will also stimulate the eyes. Formaldehyde can cause allergies and can induce cancer. . According to the standard requirement of formaldehyde content ≤ 300mg/kg, the formaldehyde content of the 10 batches of cashmere sweaters has reached the standard.

(B) Pilling tests meet the standard requirements

The judging basis for pilling is fz/t73009-2009 “Cashmere Knitwear”: It is the frictional action of the external force that constantly wears the fabric. According to the requirements for pilling ≥2-3, after testing, 10 batches of cashmere sweaters all reached the standard.

(C) Part of the cashmere sweater fiber content does not match the business promotion

The basis for the determination of fiber content is gb/t29862-2013 "Identification of Textile Fiber Content": This item refers mainly to the percentage of the total fiber content of a product in a textile product or a certain part of a product, which is a description of the material of a commodity. The main quality index of cashmere sweater is also one of the main basis for whether the goods are genuine or not. The state stipulates that products with a cashmere content of 95% or more and products with a suspected wool content of ≤ 5% can be labelled as “100% cashmere”, “pure cashmere” or “full cashmere”. The main consideration is the presence of morphological variations in cashmere fibers and the non-human inclusion of wool. Permissible ≤ 5% of suspected wool, but limited to suspected wool wool fibers or cashmere fibers. If other fibres are contained, even if the proportion is less than 5%, the name and content of the contained fibres shall be indicated as they are, and the nominal “100% cashmere” shall not be designated.
