PEACE BIRD Taiping Bird Brand Wants to Login to Shanghai Stock Exchange

Taiping Bird Apparel intends to inject all seven apparel brands, including Taiping Bird Men's Wear, Lokchuan Women's Wear, and Hirsch Men's Wear, into the listed company, intends to issue no more than 105 million shares, raise funds for marketing network construction, and Taiping Bird Cidong Garment Finishing Distribution Logistics Center. For the three projects of information system construction, the total investment will exceed RMB 1.65 billion.

Among them, the largest funds required for the construction of marketing networks exceed RMB 1 billion. According to its prospectus, as of the first half of this year, the company had 3173 retail outlets in various retail outlets, including street stores, department stores, and shopping centers across the country. After the issuance, the company plans to use the fund-raising investment marketing network construction project, and in the important business districts of the first, second and third tier cities, adopts the acquisition and leasing methods to build 238 direct-operated stores and further expand the company's marketing network.
